I have been commissioned by Sang Bleu magazine (www.sangbleu.com) to look at the UK Grime scene. Not only am I really excited at being involved in such a beautiful publication but also about firstly learning a bit more about grime and then taking it and putting somewhere it wouldnt expected to be seen. Thanks to my collegeue Charlotte we got a great hook up with Danny from Modern Art Music who manages The Ruff squad. He invited us down to a showcase that Fuda Guy was putting on. Thanks to Danny we were introduced to Fuda, Lauren Mason, Rapid, Wax and Tinchy Stryder, I got some snaps of them on the night whch are in the lab and they all sounded interested in the project which is very exciting. Fuda was great amd everyme was extremely nice and welcoming so thankyou to all. Sang Bleu drops in January so look out for it !

Im not a great art enthusiast, I dont know anything about it but I like what I like, if it looks good to me then it passes the test. I came accross Beatrice Boyle whilst reading one of my favourite blogs, her work instantly appealed to me so I went down to the saatchi & saatchi last night to check it out. Beatrice was lovely and the work was great, I heard she sold a couple which was great too. She is certainly a name to look out for !

Really happy with these mulitple exposures that I shot whilst on a shoot a few weeks ago, they have come out beautifully. Love the way that the two frames in each picture gently merge. Definately something Im going to use further, Im off to do a shoot this morning and I can already see an image Iwant to shoot using this technique, keep your eyes peeled for a future post.
